  I thought long and hard about Black Friday

I haven’t participated in black Friday sales for several years now. And each year I decide not to I have that moment when I waiver. Everyone’s doing it, maybe I should too, what if I’m missing out. What if I’m not busy. What if people buy somewhere else. It’s a revolving door of doubt! 

I talked about this over on my Instagram stories this morning. And then I remembered this quote from the Irish Proclamation

And I remembered all the reasons why black Friday is not what I want my business to be. And let me be clear room not criticising any business that does it, every case is different. But this helped me stick to my guns. 

AND 

It gave me the perfect inspiration for how I will be thanking every customer who orders on my website over the weekend.
