Dirty Dancing is the film that started my obsession with dance movies. Give me a dance film and I’m there. But THE dance film to top them all will always be Dirty Dancing. After all nobody puts baby in the corner!

On your pen will be my film review of Dirty Dancing. Including one of my favourite quotes from the movie.

Film Review

Dirty Dancing came out in the summer of 1987 in America. In Ireland it didn’t hit cinemas until November. It was 100 minutes long in its original cinema release and was distributed by Vestron Picures

Plot: Spending the summer at the Kellerman’s resort with her family, Frances “Baby” Houseman falls in love with the camp’s dance instructor, Johnny Castle.
