I adore this quote by Stephen King, mainly because its just so true. There really is something truly magical about getting caught up in a good book.
Generally for me it is fiction. Curling up in front of the fire, or a lazy Sunday morning in bed with a new book is one of my favourite ways to unwind and relax.
Let’s be reasonable and add an eighth day to the week that is devoted exclusively to reading

When I was a teenager I used to day dream about this, an 8th day just for reading. I would always be late getting up for school in the morning because invariably I would have gotten caught up reading a book late into the small hours of the morning.
